  • Any delivery date indicated by the supplier, shall be regarded as the estimated date of delivery & is not binding on the supplier.
  • Installation is not included in our standard price.
  • Full Payment is required & Artwork approval before production will commence.
  • Payment Must Reflect in Stam Products Account before production can commence.
  • Standard production & delivery time is 7-21 workdays. (larger orders may vary.)
  • Any Order that is needed before Standard production may incur a 10% – 30% Rush Fee .
  • All products supplied are event products and should never be used in harsh weather or as permanent fixtures.
  • Material shrinkage may cause banners to be out by 2in all around.
  • All products are custom printed a cannot be refunded.
  • All hardware comes with a standard 1 year guarantee.
  • By placing the order, you hereby accept & agree to the above terms & conditions.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns and Refunds

  • All goods are manufactured and printed to custom specifications on order; therefore no returns are allowed.
  • We will send you a proof of your artwork, which you will have to review and sign off before production of your order will commence.
  • Please review artwork proof carefully for design, spelling and colors.
  • Once artwork is approved, unless the product we deliver is different from the signed proof, Stam Products is not liable for any claims by the customer that the products are not acceptable.
  • If however the print differs from the signed proof, we will gladly assist by doing a reprint of your order.
  • Please check your order on delivery/collection.
  • Please notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery/collection if your product is faulty, or it will be deemed to be in order.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Receipt of deposit will be regarded as confirmation of order.
  • A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on confirmed orders, if cancelled before printing commenced.
  • If printing commenced, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

If a refund is to be made:

  • Payments via credit card will be refund to the card that it was purchased on.
  • Payments via EFT we will require a bank confirmation letter as well as the contact information of the account holder. EFT to be made to the account the order was paid from.
  • No refunds for shipping will be processed.
